The late Hon Eng Peter Otieno Owidi was born in Kanyango Sub-location, West Kasipul Location in the then greater South Nyanza District on 5 April 1954.
The late Eng Francis Moindi Nyaega was born in 1952 at Ramasha Market and was the third born in a family of eight children. He attended Metembe Primary School between 1962 and 1968 and after passing his CPE he proceeded to Cardinal Otunga High School where he passed his “A” levels.
